Terms of Service

By using the DineFlow software or website, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

DineFlow helps restaurants receive orders from social media messages, reply with artificial intelligence, and manage orders and reports.

2. Account and subscription

• New users get a free trial, after which a paid subscription is required according to the chosen plan.
• A license key is bound to one device and may not be shared or resold.
• Payments are non-refundable after activation, unless the service cannot be provided due to our fault.

3. Restaurant responsibilities

• Link only accounts the restaurant owns or is authorized to manage.
• Keep the menu, prices and branch information accurate, as the AI relies on them.
• Comply with Meta and TikTok policies and applicable laws, and do not use the software to send spam or misleading messages.
• Follow up on, fulfill and handle incoming orders and customers.

4. Artificial intelligence

Automated replies are generated by AI and may occasionally contain mistakes. The assistant identifies itself as the restaurant's virtual assistant when asked. The restaurant remains responsible for confirming and fulfilling orders.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". The software and its developer, Ahmed Alaa, are not liable for losses caused by outages of third-party services (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, hosting providers) or for decisions made based on reports and suggestions in the app.

6. Suspension and changes

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms and may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page.
